Hotel Policies

Check in & Check Out Times:

Guest accomodations will be available at 3:00pm on arrival day and is reserved until 11:00am on departure day.

Early check-in is available upon request and based upon availability for a $30.00 fee which will be charged to the guest’s individual account.

For individuals wishing to leave later, a luggage storage area is available.

A late departure charge will be applied according to the following schedule if guest remains in the room past checkout time:

By 12:00 PM - complimentary if available

By 1:00 PM - $50.00

By 3:00 PM - $75.00

By 5:00 PM - $125.00

After 5:00 PM - full rate

Reservation Guarantee:

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card and advance payment equal to one night room and tax. Reservations will not be accepted without a form of guarantee.

Early Departure Fee:

In the event that a guest who has reserved a room within the block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of (1) night’s room and tax will be charged to guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.

Cancellation Policy:

Individual guest room deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled 72 hours prior to the day of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Individual reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the intended arrival to avoid cancellation charges (one night's room plus tax).

Relocation Provisions:

In the event that a room is not available for a guest holding a guaranteed room reservation, the Hotel will pay for one night’s lodging (room and tax) at a comparable alternative property, transportation to and from such property, and one long distance phone call. The Hotel will offer to relocate the displaced guest back to the first available room. If room becomes available and the guest elects not to return to the Hotel, the Hotel will have no further obligations under this clause.

The Hotel will also list the guest’s name with the Hotel switchboard, in order to facilitate the transfer of the guest’s phone calls to the alternate property.

PARKING INFORMATION

24-hour Valet Parking is available for $75.00 plus tax (subject to availability) for regular cars and $85.00 plus tax for oversized trucks/vehicles. The hotel does not accept RV's.

Fees and taxes subject to change without notice.

Valet price also includes unlimited in and out privileges.

The hotel's valet entrance is at 180 Ellis Street, just before Mason Street. All of the hotel garages in the area have comparable rates.

Self-parking is available in the public 1,100-car Mason O'Farrell garage directly across the street.
